Be attitude

*Be understanding to your perceived enemies.
*Be loyal to your friends.
*Be strong enough to face the world each day.
*Be weak enough to know you cannot do everything alone.
*Be generous to those who need your help.
*Be frugal with that you need yourself.
*Be wise enough to know that you do not know everything.
*Be foolish enough to believe in miracles.
*Be willing to share your joys.
*Be willing to share the sorrows of others.
*Be a leader when you see a path others have missed.
*Be a follower when you are shrouded by the mists of uncertainty.
*Be first to congratulate an opponent who succeeds.
*Be last to criticize a colleague who fails.
*Be sure where your next step will fall, so that you will not tumble.
*Be sure of your final destination, in case you are going the wrong way.
*Be loving to those who love you..
*Be loving to those who do not love you; they may change.
*Above all, Be yourself.
A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $500/-Note.
In the room of 200, He asked, " Who would like this 500 note?"
Hands Started going up. He said, " I am going to give this note to one of you But first let me do this."
He proceeded to crumple the note up.
He then asked, " Who still wants it?"
Still the hands were up in the air.
"Well," he replied, " What if I do this?"
And he dropped it on the ground And started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up,
Now all crumpled and dirty... " Now who still wants it?"
Still the hands Went into the air.
" My friends, you have all learned a very valuable Lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it Did not decrease in value. It was still worth $ 500/-. Many times in Our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by theDecisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as Though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will Happen, You will never lose your value. You are special don't ever forget it! Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams."

In a poor zoo of India, a lion was frustrated, as he was offered not more than 1-kg meat a day.

The lion thought its prayers were answered when one Gulf Zoo Manager visited the zoo and requested the zoo management to shift the lion to the Gulf Zoo.

The lion was so happy and started thinking of a central AC environment, a goat or two every day and a fat salary also.

On its first day after arrival, the lion was offered a big bag, sealed very nicely for breakfast.
The lion opened it quickly but was shocked to see that it contained few bananas. Then the lion thought that might be they cared too much for him as they were worried about his stomach as he had recently shifted from India. The next day the same thing happened. On the third day again the same food bag of bananas was delivered. The lion was so furious, it stopped the Bangaali delivery boy and blasted at him, 'Don't you know I am the lion...king of the Jungle... what's wrong with your management? What nonsense is this? Why are you delivering bananas to me?'. The delivery boy politely said, 'Sir, I know you are the king of the jungle but ... Did you know that you have been brought here on a monkey's visa!!

Moral of Story:-
Better to be a Lion in India than a Monkey elsewhere!!! !

donkeys tale

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway;it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal,he would shake it off and take a step up.Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkeystepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL :Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up.Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.
2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens.
3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less from people.

The Ant and the Grasshopper:
An Old Story:
The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and> laying up supplies for the winter.
The Grasshopper thinks the Ant is a fool and laughs, dances, plays the summer away.
Come winter, the Ant is warm and well fed. The Grasshopper has no food or shelter so he dies out in the cold.

New Indian Version:
The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and> laying up supplies for the winter.
* The Grasshopper thinks the Ant's a fool and laughs dances plays the summer away.
Come winter, the shivering Grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the Ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving. NDTV, Zee TV, Aaj Tak, BBC, CNN show up to provide pictures of the shivering Grasshopper next to a video of the Ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. The World is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be that this poor Grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?
Arundhati Roy stages a demonstration in front of the Ant's house.
Medha Patkar goes on a fast along with other Grasshoppers demanding that Grasshoppers be relocated to warmer climates during winter .
Mayawati states this as `injustice' done on Minorities.
Amnesty International and Koffi Annan criticize the Indian Government for not upholding the fundamental rights of the Grasshopper.
The Internet is flooded with online petitions seeking support to the Grasshopper (many promising Heaven and Everlasting Peace for prompt support as against the wrath of God for non-compliance) .
Opposition MPs stage a walkout. Left parties call for 'Bengal Bandh' in West Bengal and Kerala demanding a Judicial Enquiry.
CPM in Kerala immediately passes a law preventing Ants from working hard in t he heat so as to bring about equality of poverty among Ants and Grasshoppers.
Lalu Prasad allocates one free coach to Grasshoppers on all Indian Railway Trains, aptly named as the 'Grasshopper Rath'.
Finally, the Judicial Committee drafts the ' Prevention of Terrorism Against Grasshoppers Act' [POTAGA], with effect from the beginning of the winter.
Arjun Singh makes 'Special Reservation ' for Grasshoppers in Educational Institutions in Government Services.
The Ant is fined for failing to comply with POTAGA and having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, it's home is confiscated by the Government and handed over to the Grasshopper in a ceremony covered by NDTV, Zee TV, Aaj Tak, BBC, CNN.
Arundhati Roy calls it ' A Triumph of Justice'.
Lalu calls it 'Socialistic Justice '.
CPM calls it the ' Revolutionary Resurgence of the Downtrodden '.
Koffi Annan invites the Grasshopper to address the UN General Assembly.

Many years later...
The Ant has since migrated to the US and set up a multi-billion dollar company in Silicon Valley, 100s of Grasshoppers still die of starvation despite reservation somewhere in India ,
..AND
As a result of losing lot of hard working Ants and feeding the grasshoppers, India is still a developing country...!! ! :) :) :)
